Thanks to those who attended our 1st Annual Woodlands Holiday Soiree. The party was a huge sucess! Also, congratulations to the winners of the balcony decorating contest. It was fun to see so many homes decorated for the holidays! Safe travels to all those who will be heading home for winter break and a happy holiday season to all!

However, due to the large amount of work going on as move-in nears, it will take a little longer than usual to meet some of these requests. The progress on our 8,000 square foot clubhouse is really starting to take shape! Featuring a 60 person stadium seating movie theater (the only stadium seating theater in Charlottesville to date!), a fitness center, billiards tables, tanning salon, and more...this heart of the community is sure to be host to many great times!

Days are getting hotter and longer, so summer is certainly here! And that means move-in to The Woodlands of Charlottesville is getting closer, too! With less than two months to go, spending the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer next to our three resort-style pools will be here before you know it.
