The progress on our 8,000 square foot clubhouse is really starting to take shape! Featuring a 60 person stadium seating movie theater (the only stadium seating theater in Charlottesville to date!), a fitness center, billiards tables, tanning salon, and more...this heart of the community is sure to be host to many great times!

Less than two months to go!

Hello, Charlottesville!

Days are getting hotter and longer, so summer is certainly here! And that means move-in to The Woodlands of Charlottesville is getting closer, too! With less than two months to go, spending the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer next to our three resort-style pools will be here before you know it.
